So its been about a week maybe since I last updated. I wasn’t feeling very social on the weekend so I haven’t got too much to report on that front. Spent time with Sarah which is always awesome. On Sunday David and I ventured to Lyttelton for the Street Carnival. It always seems like it would have so much more potential. It always just seems to be some bands at one end of the street, buskers at the other and a few food and such stalls. We had some unexciting tea at the Lyttelton Coffee Co and sweet cake- orange and chocolate mousse cake before going for a walk along the quay. Caroline came round to take us on an adventure to Rapaki- well adventure for David as he’d never been there. It was freezing cold in the water but the sun was glorious.
This weekend is Eamonn’s birthday and Caroline’s annual Tennis and Gin afternoon. I’m guessing it will become Billiards and Gin if the weather carries on being so average. Marc is in town for his sister’s wedding. Its a fleeting visit so again, I suspect we won’t catch up. Although I’ll invite him to the party at ours.
I guess also worthy of a mention is the LYFE Linwood Block Party which I’m helping with on March 7th. The line up is pretty sweet. You should come along, and bring like a 100 friends. That way I’ll look like I’m doing my job properly!
Can you believe its been 2 weeks since camp was over? Yeah, its hard to put camp in perspective with reality. I wish Joff’s SD card would show up. I want photos.
