2004…………………..2005

so everyone seems to be doing 2004 year in review posts.
We frankly, theres a lot I’d like to forget about last year. Moslty concerning people failing me (fucking flatmates) when I needed them not to… humans suck ass.

Good things though,
My grades at poly were awesome
Kiss my feet as my lowest grade was a B… and I got 3 A’s and an A+
Getting to hang out with Nike, Caroline and Sarah again has been awesome. Its always nice to ahve friends who really don’t let you down, and when they do they make a fucking huge effort to make it up to me.(and usually have real excuses… ie: I was robbed.)
Living with Chris was awesome, I vow however now that I am employed and earning a little bit of cash to help out more financially. But its wonderful to have someone who about 90% of the time is willing to see a gig with me, even though I usually fall asleep half way through the show unless I’ve been doped up on Red Bull and V.
I vow not to do much more of that. Falling asleep at shows is crappy, unless its a band I don’t like, but I’ve made a rpomise to myself to stop seeing bands I don’t like….. (ignore the fact that I’m buying tickets to see the John Bulter Trio, cause I want to see their support act and not them, but I suspect it won’t be a crap show.)

Holidays were good. Auckland is lovely when you don’t have to deal with Auckland City.
I love waking up in the morning looking at the beach out my bedroom window. I adore my parents house there.
The road trip was awesome (minus speeding ticket in Port Chalmers…. Grr…..)
I really enjoyed my trip, despite doing all the driving. Did I mention how badly I want a car?

Today anyway, I went flathunting, this is really awful when relying on public transport-which is running on their holiday timetables. Tomorrow we have to ring landlords and agents. I hate doing this, I wish Chris would call.

Wish me luck though, there are a couple of houses we want, so hopefully they offer us all of them so we can choose.
