This weekend has been the most active in about 5 years for me. Yeah, I know I’ve ranted like crazy about being finished all my studies, but 5 years is a bloody long time to devote to the gaining of knowledge…. and also a bloody long time to rake up some significant student loans.<\/p>\n
Friday night I had a party, thanks to all that attended in honour of my achievements and my soon to be dole bludger status.<\/p>\n
Saturday night was chris’s christmas thing for his work… costume parties are fun, there is no denying this. Some truely awesome costumes, but people suck with their music tastes.<\/p>\n
Sunday day: my last day of work, actually totally cruisey, and I didn’t end up having to deal with almonds…. if you worked in my department you’d understand. Anyway, the contemporary lounge is having a staff sale this week that I could still go to, cause of Melinda… it pains me how little cash I have and I’ll probably miss out on very nice things.<\/p>\n
Sunday night: Melinda came round after work and we ate chips, and cream puffs and drank Heineken, while watching the Low Hum DVD. Then after dinner, Chris and I went bowling with Marcus and Tina…We played 5 full games and 1 nearly whole game during Garden City Bowls unlimited bowling on Sunday nights. Its good fun, I suggest more people take advantage of their good Sunday night deal.<\/p>\n
I scored 101 in one game…. its kind of a miracle when only a few years ago back when bowlarama was still around I scored 23 in a game…..<\/p>\n
So yeah, a good weekend, and today a trademe purchase arrived, and I found out Sarah won the auction she bid for under my name, cause she has no computer therefore is not signed up to trade me.
\nSo I’ll pop down to her work with the details and get her to come round later. So she now has Callum sorted for Christmas.
