So at midnight, I have finally finished an peach and passion fruit crumble. I also photo blogged how this came to be.<\/p>\n

Right, so I bought peaches at the market today, again, because they were cheap. I had no idea what I would do with them aside from eat them. Saturday night boredom at its height, meant I decided to poach the peaches.<\/p>\n

Following the poaching I had to figure out what I was going to do with them. While rummaging round, I found Passion fruit pulp which I had bought a week ago.<\/p>\n

With this, I decided the quickest (hah!) thing to bake would be a crumble.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0 put cinnamon in my crumble mix. Also after this photo, I put some oats in, because that is how the Mighty Moffrah* would have done it.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Midnight feast is served. Drizzled with Maple Syrup and dusted in icing sugar.<\/p>\n
