but she is musically clueless. I offered her my copy of salmonella dub’s killervison, and she refused, then a day later we where listening to<\/p>\n
the radio in the car and she commented on how she liked the song, which was off killervision that was playing on the radio, she didn’t want the cd<\/p>\n
cause she didn’t recognise any of the tracks welcome to the 91zm-feed-me-by-a-spoon-music generation<\/p>\n
sad isn’t it?<\/p>\n
Still i guess sometimes i feel like a bit of a musical elitist, although<\/p>\n
talking to nick about oval, or lisa about Pearl Jam i get pulled back down, and<\/p>\n
remember i don’t know everything, and still have lots to learn… i am starting<\/p>\n
to wonder if I react this way to Francine confusing harper with R.E.M, if i should<\/p>\n
avoid applying for work in a record store, Simon and nick both have stories about working in their store, Simon at the height<\/p>\n
of the spice girls fame and well, there actually seems to be a lack of appeal working there… although, i think i would still enjoy it, just for the fact that maybe once a week, i might have the chance to turn someone to something musically different.<\/p>\n
